1. General Provisions and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and nuatar (hereinafter referred to as "nuatar," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), accessible at https://nuatar.cam. 3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the nuatar Cashier page and are subject to periodic adjustment. These limits may differ depending on the payment method selected. nuatar is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment service provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Currency and Exchange

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified; expired bonuses cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.
• nuatar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

10. Limitation of Liability

nuatar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nuatar account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

nuatar does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient security procedures and checks to satisfy your own requirements for the protection of your data and devices.

11. Amendments to These Terms

nuatar reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes to these Terms will be effective upon their publication on the nuatar platform. Where the changes are material, nuatar will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings against nuatar must be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Republic of the Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
